WWW: This is an excellent start to Media and your blog is already looking good. I love your answers to the first 10 questions – your focus on creativity and the amazing selection of film and TV you discuss… this is definitely the subject for you! I also like your honesty in terms of screen time. In terms of your blogposts so far, your engagement with media texts is a great sign for things to come. For example, your Semiotics work (questions on the English short film) and the text you chose for reading an image – you are exploring meanings and using media terminology impressively. Keep up the good work!

What is your strongest piece of work? 

My mise en scene blog task for my coursework blog. I wrote a lot for the analysis. For my exam blog, my genre blog task.

What is your weakest?

My lighting blog task, i struggled to write a lot about it.

What specific skills or knowledge do you need to develop over the rest of the course?

Revise the aspects of mise en scene and reception theory and try to remember all the theories.
